What if I don't live in the NJ area? No problem! We can correspond via email, telephone and mail throughout the process.
Can I specify specific products or layouts for certain photos? Absolutely! It is encouraged that y, we can discuss your preferences, and likes. This will be your book, and it although I am creating it, your personality will show through. If you feel unsure, or want to put all decision making on me, I promise I can and create a beautiful scheme for your design project. You can choose any layout for ANY theme!
It is possible to purchase an album as a gift without having the photos from the event yet? Absolutely. Just let me know some details about the event such as theme, color scheme, and any other details that might help guide me in customizing the surprise. The photos can be added later.
How long does it take to complete an album? Generally, a 12x12 album takes 4 to 6 weeks and a smaller album takes 2 to 4 weeks. It may be possible to rush an order depending on my availabiliity.
Can I see the finished pages while the album is in progress? Absolutely! In fact, I advise it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction and so we can discuss if any changes needed. You may be as involved as you like with the process. I will email you photos of the pages as they are completed. I will also email you a "Final Proof" before shipping the completed project.
What is jounaling? Journaling is writing on the page used to enhance memories with a description of the photos, such as name, age, date, your feelings at the time, or a quote or poem. Journaling is generally handwritten or typed although in elaborate layouts may contain embellished lettering. You also have the option of doing the journaling yourself by specifying how much space I should leave for you.
What if I don't want a picture permanently mounted? No problem! You can either make a copy to be permanently mounted in the album, or I will use a non-permanent adhesive or an alterior non-permanent method such as photo corners.
What if I already have an album? Great! Just let me know the theme (or send a picture of the album cover) so I can carry the theme throughout the pages. Or send me the album and I will insert the completed pages. I will deduct a percentage from your cost.
Do you have a contract? Yes. My goal is your satisfaction, so an Agreement/Order Form provides a place for you to give special instructions and ensures that there are no misunderstandings. Please let me know when you would like to view the Agreement/Order Form and I will forward the attachment.
What are my payment options? I accept cash, personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. (Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee.) A 50% deposit is required along with a signed Agreement/Order before beginning the project. The remaining balance is due upon hand delivery of the final project, or if shipped, within 7 days of your receipt of the final project.
